Common Symptoms of Oligospermia You Should Know
In short: Most men with oligospermia (low sperm count) feel completely normal. The main sign is difficulty conceiving. Sometimes there are clues to an underlying cause, such as a swelling in the scrotum, low sex drive or reduced body hair. The only way to know is a semen analysis.

Difficulty getting your wife pregnant after 12 months of regular unprotected intercourse (or 6 months if she is over 35).
Signs That May Point to a Cause
