- We dispatch orders Monday to Saturday. Orders are not dispatched on Sundays or public holidays.

3. Delivery
- Delivery usually takes 3 to 5 business days after dispatch, depending on your city.
- Remote areas may take a little longer.
- During sales or high order volumes, delivery may be delayed by a few days. If there is a significant delay, we will contact you by phone or WhatsApp.
4. Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, you can contact us with your order number for tracking details.
5. Wrong Address or Failed Delivery
Please enter your full name, complete address and an active phone number at checkout. If the courier cannot reach you after multiple attempts, the order may be returned to us.
