Is Cash on Delivery available?
Yes. Cash on Delivery (COD) is available across Pakistan, so you can pay the rider in cash when your order arrives.
Is delivery free?
Yes, we offer free home delivery across Pakistan.
How long does delivery take?
Orders are processed in 2 to 3 business days and dispatched Monday to Saturday. Delivery usually takes 3 to 5 business days after dispatch. See our Shipping Policy.

Are your products herbal?
Yes. Our products are herbal supplements made with traditional Unani ingredients. Ingredients and directions are listed on each product page.
How long should I use a course?
Each product page shows the recommended course length. Herbal supplements usually work best with regular use, and results vary from person to person.
Can I use these products if I have diabetes or high blood pressure?
Please consult your doctor before using any supplement if you have diabetes, high blood pressure, heart disease or any other medical condition, or if you take regular medicines.
Can I use these products during pregnancy?
Please do not use our products during pregnancy or breastfeeding unless your doctor advises it.
Returns & Support
Can I return a product?
Yes, sealed and unopened products can be returned within 5 days of delivery, and return delivery is free. If a product arrives damaged or wrong, you can choose a replacement or a full refund. See our Return & Refund Policy.
